1. Product Use and Limitation of Liability
This product is designed exclusively for cosmetic and personal massage use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Use of this device is entirely at the user's own risk. The store sells only the physical product (comb) and is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, incorrect operation, or damage caused to the device by the customer. We are also not responsible for irritation, injuries, or allergic reactions resulting from use on damaged skin or from combining the device with hair products purchased outside our store. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use immediately. If you have a pre-existing condition, consult a dermatologist before use.
2. Safety Precautions
Recommended use: Maximum of 10 to 15 minutes per session.
Water resistance: Do not immerse the device in water under any circumstances.
Contraindications: Do not use on open wounds, irritated skin, or severe scalp conditions. Avoid use if you have a pacemaker or metal implants.
3. Warranty Policy (14 Days)
We offer a limited warranty of 14 consecutive days from the delivery date, valid only for manufacturing defects.
Loss of warranty: We are not responsible if the customer does not submit or claim their warranty within the stipulated 14-day period.
Exclusions: The warranty is automatically void if the comb is damaged due to misuse, drops, contact with water, or improper handling by the buyer.
4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping address: The store is not responsible for errors, omissions, or delivery failures resulting from an incorrectly entered or incomplete address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Packages marked as "Delivered": If the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) confirms the package as "Delivered" in its tracking system and the customer states that they did not receive it, the buyer must file the claim or dispute directly with the local postal office or carrier in their area. The store does not issue refunds or reshipments for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
